This RSS feed thingmy in the Vista sidebar is preconfigured to sow only msn news.

As I want to read different news, how to change this? I tried it with youtube online tutorials, but I am just too stupid for that...

googled "news gadget" - rather negative. Got a lot of hits but still no idea how to get rid of the msn headlines and getting the ones that I want to have instead.

Click on add gadget and then from that menu click on browse/download gadgets, easier ...

Assuming you are using the build in RSS feed gadget, you can customize what to display by right clicking on the gadget and options. To configure which channels to select, use IE7.
