First 9o Day Reporting

please, can anyone help, i am due for my first 90 days reporting soon,i see from the form i have to fill in that i am being asked for my arrival card number,which was taken away from me on my arrive,leaving me with my departure card, with its number, are the two numbers the same ? if not, any suggestions as to my next possible move. thank you in advance for your replies.
