NotNew2You Posted August 4, 2008 Share Posted August 4, 2008 The only other way from Bangkok to Denpasar would be to take one of the budget carriers (Air Asia, Jet-Star, or Tiger) through either Singapore or Kuala Lumpur and then connect to Bali. I did it on Jet-Star through Singapore a couple years back and saved about 50% on Thai's direct flight. You have to pick your flights so you don't have to spend a nite at a hotel in transit, however, or else you won't save any money. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
jbaldwin Posted August 4, 2008 Share Posted August 4, 2008 Last time a went to Bali I fly Air Asia Bangkok to Penang then got the overnight sleaper train to Kuala Lumpur and then took Air Asia to Bali to next day.
