proskipper
Can anyone tell me what I should be paying for rubber land out hat ban Yai way? Proper prices not falang prices. If you post up a land map and location - I'll get you the real price. Cheers Haven't got a map but east of rayong as far a klang. I've heard of Thais buying land very cheap but obvious I can't find any. The other factor is I don't know the criteria that governs prices. I asked my gf who's family farm rubber why we can't find any cheap stuff and she said no know Darling. I suspect that those selling know there's a falang in the mix somewhere. Mai pen rai. dhind1
A friend of mine bought 23 rai of land 15 km outside of Klang last year for 2.5 million baht. The land had rubber trees on it. He was fortunate as I believe this is a pretty good price. He is a farang.
