I have had Bit Defender for the last two years or so and usually when I want to renew the license key, it has been pretty straight forward. Until now, that Bit Defender have developed a Thai website, which I am automatically taken too whenever I want to renew, it won't allow me to use my existing account details to get a new license key, and seems to be insisting that I order the physical product again. Any suggestion apart from chaning my IP address, which has so far not worked?

IMHO there is no way to bypass the redirection to the local web site.

Thanks I have contacted them via live chat and they will deal with the matter via e - mail, they say that my ISP is at fault and matters don't work that way in other countries. It seems to me to be a money grabbing ploy, as one is not able to use one's existing account and therefore deprived of any discount benefits, but one has re-register all over again.
