269 Brits Died In Thailand 2006/7

So according to this

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10...y-soars-15.html

Thailand is not the most dangerous place, only lies fourth....

But, I deplore these louts and their behaviour.

I've seen it in Pattaya, marauding gangs swigging beer bottles down the street. These ar987oles should be immediately taken into custody, put into the immigration cells and sent back. It is not necessary for Thailand to tolerate this, after a few beers, these "street dogs" are ready to start a fight.

I would take you more seriously if it wasn't for your user name and that you are using the Daily Mail as a source. :o

Why the alarmism? Could it not be possible that 200-300 Brits die in Thailand each year be related to the number of British retirees here?

to be honest i have never seen this before. Are you talking about walking st and thais or farangs,or both.Very strange post????

Sorryo that's BS

269 deaths seems a lot.

The UK does have severe problem with getting mortally drunk and its worse when theyre in the sunshine, the women are worse then the men in the towns and cities of the UK, probably due to the fact womens bodies cant handle alcohol aswell as mens.

I dont think the Brits are any better or worse then others in LOS.

This is the third thread started today on the same topic. :o

dont forget its not only pattaya, dont forget Phuket and Samui...

I came across a real nasty bunch of Brits living in samui the other day, so i understand the OP

But what can you do????

:D:D:D:D:(

article-1043714-023EA79D00000578-678_468x512.jpg There were 4,603 arrests of Britons at 15 holiday destinations last year (file photo)

But they could have used some hot chicks as the file photo :o

As I posted on the other string on this topic, if you calculate the deaths per million visitors (which is surely a better indicator of being "dangerous") Thailand come out highest in the world.
