August 13, 200818 yr I get the same and I live in Amsterdam it just means you cant get it outside the uk. Same with the iplayer its only for the UK.
August 14, 200818 yr I believe the BBC have a notice on their website saying that they are essentially a British public service and for financial reasons unable to provide web based media content to international viewers, or something to that effect. I think I saw it at the website for the Planet Earth series.

Also saying funded by BRITISH TV LICENSE PAYERS for their entertainment, NOT OURS or other countries!!!! Dave
