Scad Is Still Looking For Volunteers

Featured Replies

I just sent an email re voluteering, this is the response, thought I might share it to all members.

yes, we still need volunteers!

Just to give you an idea, here are some of the vacancies we have at the moment:

Big Stuff Assistant

Community Liaison Support

Gardeners for ReTails Too

Kennel/Cattery and Training Assistant

Kitty Carer

Neuter Campaign Data Collectors

Online Shopping

Puppy Pal

Shop Assistants

SCAD Events

Thai Website Designer

Writers

We are also looking for “holiday homes” for cats and small dogs while their owners are away – all food, equipment etc are provided, so it is a great opportunity to care for an animal with no strings attached!

Please have a look at our website (www.scadbangkok.org) for the detailed job descriptions: Look at the “How to Help” tab, and then “Volunteering”.

If you would like to know more about the positions, or just want to chat about the options, feel free to contact me. And please know that we very much appreciate any and every kind of help!

Looking forward to hearing from you soon!

Carolyn

Volunteer Coordinator

SCAD (formerly Soi Dog Rescue)

The comunity might be better served if volunteers were issued with clubs and combed Bangkok's streets and sois to rid the nation of these vermin.
