probably trying to flog some grade B project in Ari or something.....am I right??!

I would recommend that you check out some of the Thai sites like prakard.com, and if agents, then hard to look past CBRE, DTZ, Knight Frank, Savill and the other big names.

Some of the local ones are ok, but man there are a lot of them.

Acquirius might also be worth a shot.

PM me a bit of detail, I know someone willing to buy in Ari, what sort of price per sqm, about 60-70k I would have thought would be the absolute max in that part of town?
