Just a quick one,

When I apply for a visa for my wife and her 2 sons (aged 14 and 8), will I have to pay for 3 x settlement visa fees or just 1. I was sure that it was just one settlement visa fee to pay for all 3 people, but I read something the other day which made me think otherwise. I have tried to find some confirmation to this, but no luck.

Any help would be much appreciated

You will need to pay 3 x £550.00 (currently 108150 baht) for the settlement visa applications. On the assumption that they are issued, only one fee is then payable for subsequent applications to the UK Border Agency in the UK.

Does that mean that I have to make out three separate application forms or is one application form with everyone's details on OK?

I believe that it's one VAF4 form per person, making a total of 3 forms.
