ดาวกระจาย is to disperse into small groups to many places to protest. It's a new word invented by the PAD.

ดาวกระจาย is the name of flower, Cosmos, in Thai, i think... also, it means Shuriken, the ninja's throwing weapon with the shape like star... but in this case, I think the keyword is only กระจาย

The ดาวกระจาย plant is quite common in Thailand. It's well known for the easiness it's seeds "scatter" around and start to grow.
