Call to AIS Service center and tell them to cancel the promotion. You'll need to send a copy of you Passport or ID or from that person who signed up the contract.

If they don't to cancel, just tell them that you'll use that phone for make a huge amount of call but didn't pay the bill anymore.

That has helped me as I canceled the GPRS/Edge service which didn't want to cancel because of the bulls**t they was billing me. And they even canceled the bill with their charge of 1,867 THB for 47 kByte download!
