August 20, 200817 yr Just a quick question regarding marriage visa O the combined income of 40k or more per month you need to apply for that type of visa is that amount your nett income after paying all your expenses? Thanks
August 20, 200817 yr Lop, as a follow up to your above answer. If I provide the required proof of my 32K baht pension, then the T/W can state an income of say 10k and pay tax on the taxable portion of the 10 k,that is all that is required to qualify for a non-imm O. Is this correct. That would save me the trip back to Oz in September for a new "O".
August 20, 200817 yr Yes; but this is for extension of stay for one year - it is not for a multi entry visa. You do not have to leave Thailand at all on an extension of stay but if you do you must obtain a re-entry permit first.
