I have taken out cover for my Thai friend for our European holiday. As we are away for 32 days, he fell into the next category of cover; 31 to 60 days. The cost for that was 1488.00 THB.

The fact that you are looking for North America and Canada might command a higher premium. Anyway, it might be worth a look.
