i was having a dig at you but when i go back to the uk for a couple of weeks i get it all the time off women,when they know i live in Thailand.i could be living on my own in a remote village with a gay guy but they always refer to me as some sad git who cant have a realtionship with a british woman. Far from being nagging old bags i have not got a preference as to my choice of women,as long as they are not killers lol,and i would never entertain going with a young woman here for sex,even though the temptation is great i would feel horrible after.My first experience of a thai woman was back in the uk but found out she was married and he was impotent and she was nuts also,so why did i come here to live lol.

JoSky - I don't think all western women are nags etc, I just think they have different values and priorities. Every Thai women I have met cannot do enough for me, be it household chores, gardening, sexual etc. etc., whereas in the UK I was expected to do everything, as well as being the breadwinner. My father summed it up nicely on his recent visit, he compared the Thai culture to the British 50 years ago.

Anyway, on a side note, what is the attraction of Thai men? They can't grow proper beards, and allegedly all have small todgers (I only know this from my first visit here when I tried the local condoms, which I couldn't actually get on).

No, they can't grow beards but I shave my partners tash and goaty every morning before he goes to work.

Out of interest what is your problem with the Blues Factory? This is the second post tonight that I have seen a similar remark. If you don't like a place don't go back. There are plenty of places in Pattaya to have a good time and if the BF isn't one of them so be it. Personally I like the place and enjoy it on the times that I have visited.

Everyone has opinions and I suppose they could post it more than once if they would like to express it that much. I personally think the music is okay but the lighting makes the place look 'cheesy'... But, hey, that's just my opinion.

Good question!! Some might call them names, Lebsos and other vulgar things. I think they are just women working legally, some tourist in the mix just enjoying a stay in Thailand(los) just like there male counter part. I by chance on one occassion was setting near three farangs ladies at a local night spot in Nong Khai awhile back and from my view point they were enjoying watching the old farangs men making complete fool out of themseleves over the sweet little local girls.

the men get so much hassle off the women too,like all men come here for sex with very young women,and we cant get women in our own countries but women dont come here for sex but if it happens its a relationship.Get real,women like sex the same as guys and pay for it sometimes with the bar boys and beach boys/bums.

I would like to third that. On a different thread, I was called out for an explanation of how a man can be with a younger woman who doesn't really like them very much, if at all. Like I would ever do anything like that anyway. I will only go with the younger women that think I'm handsome and sexy, and feel that age is only a number. However, I replied that I could never understand how an older woman can be with a younger Thai man that really doesn't love them. More than one lady (I think they were ladies) replied that they've never seen it, and that it doesn't happen. I do understand why they do, however. I was just kidding.

shotime,no point going into details but i said what i thought without being nasty and didnt even get a warning so things are looking up.There is plenty of denial on here both with men and women.

To swing this in another direction slightly, how does a single unattached woman go about finding Caucasian [or otherwise] companionship [read into that however you wish although not exclusively] here? My own observation is that the Caucasian men make a bee line for the Thai women although I do know of a couple of exceptions.

I used to go for the farang girls in LOS as theyre easier pickings then back home due to the fact the arent getting as much attention.

I now think if i was to spend a month or 3 with a farang girl i met in LOS it would spoil my holiday, as many do have a bad attitude to farang males with Thai girls, ive had negative comments made to me when i was with a very wealthy Thai girl who was educated in the west and is the same age as myself.

My auntie who has 3 daughters went to Thailand expecting the worse from Thai women but she said she could see why farang men prefer Thai women over British girls.

My auntie,who i hadnt seen for many years came over to Pattaya/jomtien and then hua hin,and me and my gf met in jomtien for a drink.She fell in love with my gf and stepson and wouldnt stop taking photos to show my mum and dad,who have only seen her on photos too.She also commented how happy the girls were and they dont seem downtrodden as the uk press imply.All in all she loved pattaya and jomtien warts and all,and said how lucky i was to find a lady so nice,and too live here too.
