What I meant was that what are the most unstable hours of Thai internet in general.

By unstable I mean unstable. High latency, lost packages etc.

How many kilobits or zettabits of porn that very line seems to be pushing up or down in some specific hour is no issue for me.

from 00:00 AM to 11:59 PM, 24/7, with some exceptions as an incentive to make us happy...

I am facing snail speed since 14 days! And indeed, the worst day was yesterday.

The evening hours in general.

On my Cygold connection (from high to lowest speed):

2:00 am - 9:00 am

9:00 am - noon

6:00 pn - 2 am

noon - 6 pm
