August 27, 200817 yr I spent a lot of my day sitting in a leather office chair whilst at my computer. I just found a great way to do abs crunches which slightly mimic a 'captain's chair' scenario. - Sit normally in your chair, legs together, feet on the floor - With both arms, reach behind and grasp the top corners of the chairback. - Bracing yourself with your arms, slowly bring your knees up towards your chest - At this point, as your stomach muscles tense, you may optionally scream.... - Slowly lower your legs to the floor - Repeat 10-20 times or until your chair breaks or you require an ambulance This works just great - you can even keep your beer within reach on your office desk Simon Edited August 27, 200817 yr by simon43
