What does this sentence mean, and how do you use เม้น?

The first part ว่าไงค่ะ is casual for 'How's it going' with a female polite particle at the end.

เทพ เม้น กับ ด้วย นะ ค่ะ

Doesn't make any sense to me. The final three words ด้วย นะ ค่ะ are common endings, and could indicate a command, or the ด้วย can simply mean 'too; also'. Since I don't know what the words เทพ เม้น signify (a form of playful address; a nickname?) it's hard to say. Also I am not sure what the กับ does there - it usually can be translated as 'and' but that would make no sense here.

อืม แล้ว ตอนนี้ อยู่ ไหน ค่ะ

Sometimes an affirmative grunting sound, and sometimes a hesitation sound like 'errrr'.

"แล้ว ตอนนี้ อยู่ ไหน ค่ะ" = So/And, this time, be where [polite part] ... 'So where are you now?'. The pronoun is left out, as is common in Thai if it is clear from the context who is being addressed or being talked about.

It's also possible the sentence refers to somebody else, but then that would be stated further up in the conversation.

The particle ก็ which links the two clauses ไม่เคยเจอ and คุยกันได้.

Translation of the entire thing: "Pardon? I'm not quite sure. Even if we've never met, we can still talk, right?"

"Good. What are you up to? Misssss you!" (For the last part here, I am guessing มิสสส is from English 'miss', could be wrong).

The thai2english parser is for properly written Thai which means words like คร้าบ (elongated form of the male polite particle ครับ) won't be recognized. Chat conversations are full of deliberate misspellings.

It's not a word by word translation but the meaning is there.

เทพ (A male's name, Thep), เม้น - comment, กับ - a typo of กลับ means return or back, ด้วย - too.

ดี คร้าบ

In chatting, it means 'Hello', the same as ดีจ้า, ดีจ้ะ, ดีคับ.
