Can anyone tell me why True internet automatically opens windows IE and then goes to the True homepage when I first connect? It slows down startup and is quite annoying. Is there any way to stop it so that I can go straight to browsing? Thanks for any advice.

Probably because you installed there software to do that. They offer a software to help you find problems that you do not need but they push as required.
