Man injured following drink-related fight with friends.

In the early hours of Wednesday Morning, Police were called to the front of the Ruck Apartments in Soi Thai-Udom in North Pattaya to deal with a fight in progress.

Officers quickly arrived at the location and called Rescue Workers to attend to an injured man, Khun Surasak aged 26 who had sustained a head injury. It soon became apparent that the attack took place after a night of drinking with friends who were located nearby. Police approached the group of men who were all intoxicated. The alleged attacker, Khun Monton aged 24, claimed that the victim used bad language which led to the altercation.

A weapon, thought to have been used in the attack, was found nearby and taken into evidence. Khun Monton was arrested and charged with assault at Pattaya Police Station and Khun Surasak was taken to Hospital where Doctors stitched up the head wound.

I certainly hope they were referring to the use of bad words and not to improper grammar!
