The Lg Brand Of Mobile Phone

Featured Replies

I am looking at buying a new mobile phone, and have seen several LG brand phones that have the specification I want

but as ive never had a LG mobile phone , I am wondering if any one here / has / had / or is thinking of getting a LG , and can offer any comments about this brand of mobile phone .. ?

Nice looking phone, some interesting functions. However - battery life is rubbish, and the phone software is rubbish. I bought the Viewty KU990 - gave it up after 5 months. Even my Nokia N95 I kept for about 6 months... now gone back to Sony Ericsson.

Would thus advise to stick to Sony Ericsson, or Nokias which are not of the N-Series generation.

Got an LG secret, very good phone, Battery life is excellent.

No problems accessing gmail, you tube and google maps.

One of the best phones Ive had.

I had an LG phone several years ago in USA, it was pretty basic but worked well.

I did end up buying the extended/high-capacity battery, after the first one sh_t the bed fairly early on.

The interface was mostly good, a couple of things were a bit funky, but nothing that I would consider a show-stopper.

One of my co-workers has an LG smartphone/PDA of some flavor, he really likes it.

My wife used to have an LG mobile phone, their first clamshell model I think. It worked ok for a year and a half but then died. The problem was related to the clamshell construction (opening and closing the lid wears out the cables to the LCD display).

One may say LG stands for low grade.

I never bought nor ever will I buy an LG product.
