I am trying to find a free shareware software program that will allow me to keep one folder locked on my computer but I can give a password to an other person on my home network to enable them to access it as and when I want to allow them to!

Any suggestions?

Would EncryptOn Click work for you?

I'm don't know what, specifically, you're trying to do but it sounds like you just want toggle access on and off to the folder. You can just turn sharing on and off for the specific folder. If it's off then they won't be able to access it from the network or even on your computer if you have the folder under your account. If you provide some more info it would help.
