Stroke Victim Support - What Resources Are Available ?

Hello

My Thai friend had a stroke two months ago. He can speak ok (though with poor concentration) and has impaired left side movement and sensation. he cannot walk unaided.

I was wondering what support resources are available (if any) in Thailand which might aid his recovery ?

Any links or recommendations much appreciated. Particularly if they are Thai language so I can give to his family.
