I would appreciate any help that could be offered regarding a Hotmail account

that a Thai friend of mine is experiencing. He tells me he has 2 Hotmail

accounts. With both he used 2 different " sign in automatically " options on

his laptop but yesterday he cancelled this for one account ( I have no idea why ! )

and now Hotmail doesn't seem to recognize his password ?

He does seem to be able to access the first account ?

Personally I don't use Hotmail so I'm not very familiar with their procedures

and his English is not so strong as to be able to navigate around the

multitude of Hotmail / Windows live pages.

Would anyone happen to know how he can get around to being able

to access the first account or who he could write to for assistance?

Try Hotmail live help (or MSN live help), they should be able to fix your friend's problem promptly. :o
