I have this annoying blue envelope permanantly on my TV screen now, All my menu options for UBC are in Thai so i need to change the language settings to locate and read this message. Any help and step by step guidance will be appreciated.

Go into menu.

Large box 2 is language menu scroll RIGHT onto Language setting and click OK

Top row available is Language setting, scroll Right and it should change to English, Click Ok.

Once the menu is in english, Large box number 3 is the message inbox.
