Has there been a change in the law that I'e not heard about? http://www.ladbrokes.com/lbr_portal?action...;LAYOUT=default

lateral thinking skills.........alot of thai readers/writers/speakers live(temporary or permanent) outside the borders of thailand

Common Sense - they all understand English.

really ? all thais abroad can READ english perfectly, quickly and as fluently as their native tongue ? my COMMON SENSE and experience tells me no.

a site in their native language is going to be a much more usable experience.

They've had Thai for years. But not long after they added it, most Thai ISPs were "asked" to block Ladbrokes, this would be somewhere around the middle of 2002, shortly after Ladbrokes sponsored Liverpool's tour of Singapore and Thailand.
