November time i'd like to go for 5 days to Dubai,i don't need a visa but my wife(thai) need one,can anybody tell me where to apply for it.

And any advice for hotel (not expensive)will be very appreciated.

If you fly with Etihad or Emirates, they will sort a visa out for you.
