Southeast Cybercrime

Featured Replies

I was checking my firewall settings and came across this. I had never seen this before, and am uncertain how it had gotten into my system. Anyone know about this or what it is?

Hi Frodo.

How do you get on with Kaspersky on a day to day basis?

I bought it & it gave me a load of BS reports.

I dumped it in favour of AVG free and no more BS reports.

Sorry I can't help with your problem..... wierd, innit!

I did find what the source is. It is from the program "Spiderbite," which cleans the dat and index files and had been recently downloaded from the forum. Kind of a scary name, "Southeast Cybercrime."

As far as Kaspersky goes, I have had no problems with this version. Runs smooth, doesn't hog resources, and has done an excellent job with keeping the system clean. Besides the concern regarding this post, I've seen nothing out of the ordinary.
