I want to get her a UK passport and bring her to England for good Whats the process? is it straightforward? Boo Posted September 11, 2008 Share Posted September 11, 2008 Take thai birth certificate, get it translated, take it to the British Embassy with filled out the form, pay money & wait for passport. That easy......nearly. You will need to provide them a copy of your full UK birth certificate though, the long one, so if you dont have it get it sent over or apply for it at St Catherines house. Check out the British Embassy passport section for all other documentation. Once your wife has the SV thewn you can just get on a plane together & as your daughter has a british passport, she wont need a visa. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
