Hi,

I have been using multi entry tourist visas and 30 extensions on an australian passport since Jan 08

My final extension to stay runs out on 5th October.

My question is:

Am i able to do another border run (ie to Ban Mae) and re-enter on a 30 day visa extension stamp?

The last time I used exemption stamps was in December 2007

Hope you can advise

Going by your dates, you had a 3 entry tourist visa...is this correct? There is no such thing as a multiple entry tourist visa....they all have a specific number of entries allowed.

You will be allowed 3 x 30 day visa-exempt entries as you're allowed 90 days out of 6 months for visa-exempt entries. Your tourist visa entries are not counted in this calculation.

Hi, Thanks for your reply.

Yes it was only a double entry tourist visa of which I have had 2 this year.

So I take it that I can do a simple cambodia border run and come back in on the visa exemption stamp?

Also, what do I need to do as far as visas to enter cambodia as I will probably be going to the border in a private car?

Thanks for your reply
