Childs Education Visa

hi all .

my 9 year old english son is coming to live with me in LOS.

i've been able to get him a 12 month mutli entry Education visa as he will be goin to school at REPS Rayong.

i've read a few sites & the embasys website regarding his visa and i'm a little confused with different information

some info says he has to do a visa run every 3 months the same as an O visa. the consulate in birmingham also said this

however some sites say he msut report to immigration within the 1st 90 days thereafter no visa run is required for the remainder of the visa.

anyone know waht is right or wrong please

same logic apply to all visas(exept o-a), he'll have to go out of the country every 90 days based on his visa wich he can extend to 15 month by entering thailand the day before the date written on the visa as "enter before".

is the school is able to get him an extension of stay, then he'll have to report every 90 days.
