Outlook 6 - Links Dont Work

A collegue of mine is using Outllook 6 :o and when she receives emails the links dont work. I went through the security settings and other mail settings but could not find the problem. I was able to do something so that instead of just a link the entire URL is displayed allowing her to cut and paste.

She said at one time it used to work..

Does it have something to do with setting a browser as a default browser ?

Thanks.

PS I dont use outlook myself.
