I have my type "O" non immigrant visa good for 3 months. I am now in Thailand. I paid extra for the multi entry type. Now, does multi entry mean I can leave Thailand before my 3 months is up come back and get another 3 months? Or? Thanks!

You can leave and return as many times as you like during the validity of your visa.

Each time you enter you get stamped in for 90 days.

Your visa will (normally) be valid for a year starting from the day of issue. You can find this date on the visa sticker in your passport issued to you at the embassy where you applied.

Even if you re-enter 1 day before the expiry of your visa, you'll still get a 90 day stamp so if you time your last re-entry correct this visa will keep you in Thailand for just under 15 months!
