Not sure about bangkok but I vaguely recall that there is a race track (not a karting circuit) down near Pattaya somewhere - it's the best (if not possibly) the only one in Thailand used in various Asian formulas etc. They may have a shop or be able to point you in the right direction.

Try to google "racing circuits Thailand" or something

The race circuit is the Bira Circuit. Try buying Auto Mobil Racing Cars Magazine or try www.sparco.it /www.ompracing.it

OMP say they have agent in thailand but you have to email for address probably same with Sparco.
