Hi All

Has anybody registered with the FDA from Thailand.

My predicament is that I need to export to the US, and found out I need to be FDA registered to get the products through. I am new to this.

Can anybody give me any pointers or contacts whom can help me set this up so I am covered legally

Any other info regarding FDA set-up would be appreciated too.

A good place to start would be to live chat with an FDA specialist they can give you some pointers on what and what not can be imported and put you in contact with an official in Thailand.

Yep its a minefield alright, I have a lot of reading up to do me thinks.

Hopefully it will pay off in the long run.
