This is what I've been doing for the last 50 years. I look at facts and not propaganda or biased material. Some have opinions because they're trying to convince others to join their thinking. I look at everything and decide on common sense and facts.Look at the fat content in those items. Also remember there is hidden sugar in them also, including the hamburger rolls, ketchup, sauces, along with very high sodium levels. These things I read about McDonalds when I started studying nutrition at 17, in 1974. I'm a label reader, automatically, just to see if anything is above what I consider too much of sugar, sodium or fat. -

I'm not a McDonald's promoter. And I admit I ate only 5 times in my life there. Do you know.the food quality is not the same Worldwide? They got standards for US, Asia, or Europe.
