Immediate Emergency Flight Home Experiences?
Skyscanner is not a booking website. They give you links to other booking websites. But it's usually best to book directly with airlines, and not through third party websites. If there are problems, missed connections, cancelled flights etc, you can only work with the company you used to book. If you book directly with the airline you can go to the counter at the airport and talk to the airline staff or call the airline directly, or use their app to try and rebook etc. But if you use a third party website, the airline will not talk to you, and will tell you to talk to the company you used to book your flight. Many of these companies will not assist you quickly. -

The nature of this virus is that sub-variants are continuously replaced with other sub-variants, some of which will become dominant, with all of them resulting in non-severe symptoms for the vast majority. -

Thai Bread
I cannot stand the over sweet bread that is sold in Thailand. Get yourself a bread maker and have your bread exactly as you like it. Once you have worked out the settings that are good for you, the actual bread making is very simple. Even I can do it. -

I don't think you can blame Qatar for something that happened in an airport an hour or so after a flight. Nothing to do with them. There are undoubtedly nasty characters on every flight. If they behave themselves on the plane then what do you expect them to do? Check character references before allowing people to board? And, forgetting the nastiness and cowardice of what they did, we don't actually know what happened on the flight. Maybe the man groped her? It doesn't justify the violence - not at all - but we don't know. Maybe we'll find out during the trial.
