Me yes.

Open source could mean easier hacks - I bet we'll see the G1 not too long after the launch in the U.S.

The design of the hardware looks spartanic, plasticy, but then again, better a better software.

The hardware stems from HTC... Long list of goodies, but early reports are not good.

Guess we will have to wait and see.

Anyway, like with all carrier tie-ins, it will take time and money to bring to Thailand...I don't understand it, if Google is so "open", why don't they just start launching unlocked, universally available devices? If HTC can manufacture so many Windows Mobile devices sold everywhere, why can't they also put Android on some of them? These awful carrier subsidies are nonsense for so many people that just want to buy the dam_n device!
