September 25, 200817 yr Hi, I am planning on buying a house within the next few months, preferably East of Bangkok (Srinakarin area would be ideal, On nut, Bangna possibly). Would like a house (maybe in a mooban) with at least a small garden. My budget is limited (around 3 million baht) and i know that for that price, it is not easy to find a real house near the center. Would be great if anyone had any suggestions. I would be going to work from there everyday so that's why i'm looking not to far from BTS or futur BTS extension (5-10km). I don't own a car but do own a motorbike, so anywhere within 15-20 km from the center could be fine, as long as it is linked by public transportation (bus) since i won't be riding my motorbike on rainy days. Again, East of Bangkok is my first choice but all suggestions (other areas) are welcomed. I'm looking more for specific suggestions (street name/mooban) rather that general areas to look into.Thanks.
