November 28, 200421 yr 800mgs of ibuprofen is safe and easy. Since voltaren is available over the counter in LOS that's an option too. I used to use the injectable one for a sore back. Long term use has possible injection site issues.

November 28, 200421 yr Author Thanks to all.........will give Voltaren a go. If it doesnt help i/ll try RC's Butrasil.

Was told by a dentist that the best way to block tooth pain was to use 2 painkillers. He gave the example of Ibuprofen and Panadol togeather. both painkillers work two different ways and give a much better chance of success.
