Although , I have a good Thai friend , checking around for me...I seriously doubt they'll find either mobility aid in my required weight capacity in Th. So if I purchase from down under or USA a vehicle ( WC or Mobility Scooter) the on-line customs page says exempt , when I search these items, but the explanation confused me...so if anyone knows for sure,that there's no duty on these handicap user items....Please fill me in , on what's your experience on getting it out of customs! Was it ,a walk in the park? Or worse then a root canal ? Thx,BB
