Hi 

Obtained a TR visa for Thailand in Vientiene (11th August - 10 November 2008) entry stamp dated 13th August to 11 October 2008. If I go to immigration this week in Bangkok, as I understand from the forum, I am able to:

1. obtain 30 day extension

2. TM7 Form required

3.  Pay $1,900 Baht

Passport copy (photo page, visa page, entry stamp page)

Passport picture 4x6 cm

Application fee 1,900.- Ba

Copy of arrival/departure card TM. 6 (front and back) Not on immigrations list but might save running for a copy if ask for.

Looks like you have most everyting on your list but photos and copies.
