If I am in the UK and have a Thai bank account, can I transfer funds from my Thai bank to my UK bank? If not, is there an easy way to do it?

I am still in Thailand, live upcountry, but no teller in my bank can speak English.

Some Thai banks offer the ability to move funds overseas through their phone app. I have no idea if you can do that while overseas. I recommend you call your bank's customer service line. They generally have English speakers available.
