Does the Chiangmai US Consulate in Chiangmai issue income verification letter to be used for retirement visa extension at Chiangmai Immigration or do I need to go to Bangkok to get it?

If yes, any documention required other than my sworn stqtement of income?

Yes On Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

No documents required other than passport and the equivalent of $30 in baht or the $30.
