Hi can anyone tell me what i can buy ie brand name and where ie Tesco etc a product to kill sciarid flies, in the Uk its Provado but maybe its a different name here??? Thanks in advance

How bad is the problem? Are they affecting your crops, a few plants or in a compost pile? Most pet supply places will have pravado as an ingrediant in a flea and tick bath soap. Drying out the area/pots will also kill them.

Thanks Meandwi I am drying out the pots in my abscence my wife had gotten a bit overexcited at watering them!! They are all small palm trees ie seedlings I like to collect and grow many types. I sprayed them with mosquito kille permathrin did the job just keep checking on them . I will do them for a week or so and loook out for the new hatched out ones form the grubs. Small infestation nothing too serious.
