A friend of mines PS3 stopped reading any disks. As it was purchased in the US (still under warranty), but because of our current location, he just went out and bought a new one. I'm thinking of offering him a few bucks for it - primarily to run linux.

But, just on the off chance, anyone know of places in Bangkok that will be able to repair these drives or had experience with their PS3 going titsup?
