Hi there

I recently received Excel and Word attached documents by e.mail.

On the icon, there is this road sign prohibiting traffic ! And when I try to open the file, I have a message saying "no encrypted files found in selected files". I click OK, and that's as far as I can go....Nothing happens. And I can not open the file

Any idea ? Thanks
