H2oDunc
I watched my next door neighbor have his leaky roof repaired in amazement. 2 Thai guys and around a hundred tubes of silicone sealant. They just clambered all over the roof and put silicone on anything that poked above the tiles. You wouldnt believe the mess. malcolmswaine
Sounds pretty cheeky to me. There would have to be snow in Thailand before I'd pay for something like that.
jeztennis
yeah would like to tell her to stuff it but have paid for 6 months up front for a vastly discounted monthly rate so cannot just up and leave any ideas?
UmpaLumpa
you could try yourself to have a walk inside the roof when it rains with a lamp and see where the leak is, then you have to apply Flinkote (available in homepro) and its done. total cost about 350bht
