Reymon Posted October 28, 2009 Share Posted October 28, 2009 Tthats only if you over eat because you feel like your hungry (when your actually craving nicotine), i quit smoking 7 months ago, and i havnt put on any weight since then. just dont over eat. good luck quitting, youll feel alot better for it.
