We have just 17 rai in Hua Hin growing pineapples. Needless to say it doesn't generate much income! Just wondering if any of you guys can suggest some alternatives that may be a bit more profitable or way to value add.

For anyone living in Wongamat Beach, there's a new open mall being constructed across the street from the Centara Grand Mirage resort. It's supposed to open later this year and will contain restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, etc. With any luck, the grocery store will be good. And the area could use a few more restaurants.
